Question about RCA OPAL M4001 MP3 Player
I was charging the MP3 player when my younger brother ripped the entire USB cord out of the computer rather then just the MP3 player from the USB cord. I have no idea if that is the cause but that is when I noticed the problem. So far I have...
1. Checked if it is on hold, it is not.
2. Reset it, I got the Opal logo but then the problem occurs again.
3. Not sure where to go next...
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
The same problem has happened with mine.
I also tried restarting the player, but it will not go past the
please wait screen!
It happened once before, and it worked again after about 3 months...
But it has done it again and I am VERY angry.

Did you try the reset button in the back? try to get to it with a paper clip.

You need to take it back to where you got it and exchange a new one there is nothing else you can do. your brother is very bad!
