Before connecting please turn off firewall in your laptop and in router and then try again and still problem is there then there might be policies which are restricting your laptop to connect with wireless connection.

It indicates that your PC is having a problem trying to access your network device to connect to the Internet. Try restarting your router. If that doesn't work than check if you didn't accidentally hit the wireless button on your laptop as many people tend to do this and not realize it.
