I followed the above instructions and opened the "View Illustrated Parts Diagram" link for model 108526. I think you are describing item 5, Hex Head Bolt, part number (pn) "107319-02". I returned to the instruction, input pn 107319-02 clicked search and got "107319-02 - USE REPLACEMENT PART # 110966" $7.50 Please use the "View Part" link and ensure this is what you need.
Are you aware RemingtonPower is no longer in production and replacement parts are often hard to find? Soon eBay may be the only source.

Clicked on the "IPB" link and found Item 3 - Armature, pn 100933 $60.34 BackOrdered with no delivery date. Item 9 - Field, pn 098042-01 $48.76 Item 4 - Bearing, pn 075676 $5.60 Item 10 - Gear, pn 059606 $7.25 Item 11 - Internal Gear, pn 107713-01 NoLongerAvailable. I would inspect Item 11, I think you will find it failed and is not allowing the motor to rotate. It is also likely the brushes (part of Item 9) have worn away. Least likely is Item 3 is defective. Your unit is either not repairable or will cost in excess of $50 to repair. You can try an Internet search for any needed parts not available at RemingtonPower, we can do no more.
RemingtonPower has stopped all production. Many replacement parts are no longer available. If you can repair it today the next time parts are needed e-Bay may be the only source. I recommend you apply the money toward replacement with a name brand unit you expect to be in business for 10 years or more.
Please do not punish me because you are unhappy with RemingtonPower. I provided a very good answer; although probably not what you wanted to hear. HTH Lou
Item 4 lists available bars for your saw, a 14" bar for your saw is pn 114731-01S, $17.85 if available. Item 5 lists available chains for your saw, a 14" chain for your saw is pn 114735-01S updates to M14SC, $12.95 if available. You can probably take your chain to a neighborhood chainsaw shop and have a replacement made cheaper.
Remington has ceased production and replacement parts are limited to what is on hand. HTH Lou
A 14" bar for your saw is pn 114731-01S updates to pn M14SB, $19.99 if available.

Take it back to where you purchased it or contact them by email/phone and explain your problem (have saw in hand). Together you can solve this. We cannot find the model number on your saw from here. GL
