Question about Sewing Machines
I have a memory craft 300E and the carriage is not returning consistently. I use it only for monogramming and the machine will start at a specific opint but it seems to shift so the final product is not aligned with the first stitching. What can be done to repair this?
Ok... the arm that the hoop attaches to could be bent and not moving freely. Because it sticks out the back of the machine it can be bent by tilting the machine backwards. You can try to hand bend it to correct the problem. The other cause will be wear in the belt system if you have used it a lot. I have seen a few that the whole embroidery unit needed to be replaced because of use.
