Question about Computers & Internet
You seem to have asked this question twice. So, here I come with the same answer. Try to hard reset your device. You, most probably, know that a hard reset will set your device to its factory defaults, thus deleting every program you have installed, as well as you personal data. Hope you have a recent backup, to be restored after the hard reset procedure.
Anyway, in order to do it, press and hold both softkeys (the ones marked with '-'), and, whilst keeping them pressed, briefly press the reset pin (at the botton of the device) with the stylus pen. Keep pressing the keys until a warning message comes up. Then, release the keys and follow instructions on the screen (if any).
Hope you are able to sort your problems out.
Good luck! Carlos

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
