1. You may want to do the firmware updates.
2. Check the wireless channel
3. Check MAC address control . You will have to "allow" the wireless device here.
4.Check the the firewall settings in the router.
this is all done in the routers configuration page usually at 192.16..0.1. This ip address is type into the browser URL or Address locator.
