There is a reversing valve in the body of the unit and it has 6 or 7gears that reverse the unit if it hangs up against a wall. if it will not reverse the problem may be in the box that houses the gears and a reversing valve that sits on top of the gear box.

A popular cause of that is the hose is too long or winding around itself... (when you store it lay it straight) but if thats not the case ....and the vacuum is actually turning back into the same corner then its likely that one of the pods is loose (feet that move up and down), theres a .25" hex head screw under a cap on the feet that you can tighten... if that doesnt work then you may need a new a-frame kit...

How do i change a blade for a zona mini hack saw?

Hello there.
The TENSION in the frame holds these blades in their slot.
What you do is
1) turn the saw upside down so the blade is pointing upwards.
2) Hold the handle of the saw tight against your tummy or if you have strong arms just your hands So the saw faces away from you.
3) Put the far end of the frame against a hard surface like a wall or bench.
4) Push the handle against the force and you will see the FRAME bend very slightly, this will allow you to push the blade out of its slot.
Engage new blade at the handle end then do the reverse of the above to allow the other end of the blade to go in the slot .

DONE !!!

The holder has fallen off the wall. There appears to be two screws, one that fits into the back of the centre of the wall plate and a small one that fits into the side of the wall plate. I don't think...

Hello Alicia

Most often the wall plate will screw to the wall and then there is a set screw (usually an allen key) to tighten the fixture onto the wall plate. If it is the wall plate that won't stay on the wall then your screw holes are probably stripped. An easy way to fix this is to fill the hole with a wood glue filler available at your local hardware store. Use toothpicks to jam the filler into the hole. You can also use white wood glue and jam glue and toothpicks into the hole. Let it dry overnight and the next day you will be able to screw the plate back onto the wall. If the fixture is falling off the wall plate then the set screw is not being tightened hard enough against the plate to hold it onto the wall. Good luck with the repair.

I am trying to fit a plastic bath panel i have got all the fixings but havnt a clue how to do it! can anyone help?

Assemble the legs & fix to the bath. Leave the adjustment nuts a little loose. Fit taps and waste. Place bath in position. Use a spirit level to ensure lever both front to back and sideways using the adjuster nuts to get it level. Start at one end near the wall and level to the other end against the wall then level sideways. Then check all levels again.

Screen goes black tv stays on. Turn off and on and TV's fine.

I had this problem on my 42" Philips. Just got it yesterday and worked fine on the tv stand. As soon as I mounted the TV to the wall via wall mount system, I had the exact same issue you did. Figured it out today.

The wall mount was putting pressure against the center of the back of the tv (tv set had a slightly rounded back plate, and the mount was a flat plate). As soon as I put spacers (part of the wall mount hardware set) between the wall mount braket and the tv so there was no contact except at the mounting holes, the tv worked fine.

My theory is the pressure pushed the tv back plate against some board components which caused them to overheat (no air flow); or put pressure on internal connectors. I dont know.

Hope this helps, may not apply to your situation.

New Maytag gas dryer with long dry times

Double check that vent by finding where it exits your house. It should be blowing pretty hard, like a blow dryer. Guarantee you its a vent issue. Also check that when u push the dryer back against the wall your not crushing the vent. If you have a vent issue. Try sticking a leaf blower in the end that the dryer connects to. Quick fix unless you have a really long vent system. Hope that helps. Dave, www.washermd.com

How to Install Towel Bar?

Since towel bars are usually installed onto separate hardware that's mounted on the walls, use the actual hardware as a template to mark exactly where to drill your mounting holes. Hold a piece of mounting hardware against the masking tape and use your pencil to mark the actual spots to drill your holes. Use different-sized drill bits to drill for the two ends. The Molly bolt or wall anchor will require a much larger diameter hole than the screws going directly into the stud. (The size of the hole required for the wall fastener will be marked on the packaging.) Install the wall fastener into the wall, then mount the hardware onto the wall and place the ends of the towel bar over the hardware. Attach the towel bar to the mounting hardware using the screws included with the towel bar. These are commonly small-slotted screws located on the bottom of the end pieces of the towel bar.
