Question about Philips GoGear HDD060 MP3 Player
After adding some music to my mp3 player about 3 days ago when i dissconnected it from my pc it started to update and it froze i couldnt turn it off i tried to plug it back to the pc but it did not read it and when i try to charge it i turn it on but it freeze´s on the gogear screen can u help me
it would be highly appreciated
WARNING: this process will erase all songs off the GoGear.
Disconnect the GoGear from computer.
Turn the GoGear off.
Hold in the volume + button.
Reconnect the GoGear while holding in the volume + button.
Continue holding the volume + button.
After 5-50 seconds, Windows will pop-up a "Found New Hardware Wizard." - complete the wizard (BTW, you can take your hand ff the volume + button now).
