Alright lets work with the speakers. Disconnect all the speakers from the unit. Be sure to mark which wires go connected together. Connect each speaker one at a time to see if you get sound. Once you connect one speaker, see if you get sound. Then disconnect and try the next one. Try this first then I can help you more. If you notice that by having only one speaker connected at a time, then there is a short in one of the speakers, see which one does not work. If none of the speakers work, then you may want to try to see if you can connect an external amplifier to it.
One other problem, you did not mention the year, make and model of vehicle. The vehicle may have its own amplifier and must be connected in order to get sound. One way to find out is use speaker wire and connect from head unit straight to the speaker. Let me know what you try and I will be glad to help again.
