How do i delete music from my motorola ce01868 mod xt907...i can't find a solution anywhere....help please

Delete files using your computer:
  1. Connect your device to a computer using a data cable. (It is recommended to connect directly to the computer, not through a hub). If your device is not being recognized by your computer, you may need to update your computer's USB drivers HERE.

Note: microSD Card Slot not active. A future software upgrade will enable this device support up to microSD cards up to 32GB.
  2. Use your computer interface to delete files stored on your device.
(Windows)
  • Open Computer or My Computer
  • Your device should appear
under Portable Devices (If your device is not being recognized you may need to update your drivers) Click here
  • Select your device and select Device Storage.
  • For photos & videos select
    DCIM > Camera
  • For Music select Music or any other folder which contains music files
  • For any other files you wish to transfer, select the folder which contains the files to move to your computer.
  • Note: You can organize, rename and delete folders from your windows machine while the device is connected
(Apple/Mac OS X)
Download and install the Android File Transfer app from www.android.com/ filetransfer, then connect your Motorola XOOM using USB. The app will then allow you to
access and transfer media back and forth.

Delete files using third party application:
While we do not endorse or guarantee these solutions, or provide support for them, some owners have reported success using a 3rd party Android Application like "Astro file manager". You can search the Android Market for 3rd party applications that are available that will enable you to view and delete files from your Motorola XOOM.
To delete files using Astro,
  1. Launch Astro from the apps menu
  2. Navigate to the file you wish to delete
  3. Long press the file that you want to delete and touch "Edit" from the popup menu
  4. Touch "Delete" from the 2nd popup

Traveling through Colorado and it can't find a satellite for the last 45 minutes. Using it in a semi truck

This issue might occur due to the QuickGPSFix data or the application on the device being corrupted.

To correct the issue, we will need to clear the Download, Ephem and Empheris folder contents.

The 'Downloads' folder will now need to be cleared. The steps to perform this are listed below:

1) Click 'Start' and go to 'My Documents'.

2) In 'My Documents' there is going to be a TomTom folder, open this.

3) There should now be a HOME folder, open this.

4) There will now be a 'From Device' folder, delete this entire folder.

5) Once this folder is deleted, open the 'Downloads' folder and delete everything inside of it.

Now let us delete the Ephemeris folder contents from the computer first, since it saves the GPSFix information. If this information is corrupted, it can prevent the device from acquiring the satellite signals and locking onto them.

To do so:

1. Unplug the TomTom device from computer (if connected).

2. Fully Exit TomTom HOME.

3. Locate the "Ephemeris" folder in the following location on your computer:

Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\TomTom\HOME\Download\complete

Windows Vista: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\TomTom\HOME\Download\complete

Macintosh: Macintosh HD/<username>/Documents/TomTom/HOME/Download/complete

4. Select all the contents of ephemeris folder and delete them.

Close that window and connect the TomTom device to the computer. Then open [My Computer] and double click on TomTom Drive icon to open. Delete the contents of Ephem folder. This should delete the contents of GPSFix from the device as well.

You can then update the device to download the latest device updates, which will automatically include the QuickGPSFix update. Hence forth the device should detect the GPS signals correctly

My ipod touch is disabled how can i unlock it

This is how you can recover your device:
  1. Plug/connect your device to a computer (PC or Mac)
  2. Turn it OFF
  3. Press and hold the POWER and HOME buttons together for EXACTLY 10seconds
  4. Release the POWER button but keep holding the HOME button until the computer beeps indicating that a USB device is recognized.
  5. Open iTunes and restore your device.

Warning: Restoring will delete all data on your device but this is the only way for you to recover it.

If you don't get it at first, try holding the buttons for lesser time or see the other procedures on my tip (link below):

Try reflashing the firmware for your device you can find the latest firmware and flashing utilities from the SanDisk website. Make sure that you back your music up first because when you do this you are setting it back to factory settings.

My Philips SA6087/37 wont sync

This may sound scary, but do not fear, i have been buying these things with this same problem on ebay and repairing them in under a minute with this same problem! what you need to do, with the device powered off, hold down the menu button and connect it to your pc until a blue screen appears on the mp3 player...windows will reconize it as a usb mass storage device and ask you what you want to do with it...you shall select "Open Folder To View Files", and navigate to the "CONFIG" folder, and delete everything inside of it...yes it's gonna be ok! after you have deleted all the files, you may disconnect the device, and reconnect it and your problem shall be solved without losing any of your files.

I also can not move folders to another hard drive

you need to check the files permissions. either you will need to fix the permissions by using the Disk Utility or you will have to click on the folder in question. press on the keyboard Command + i ( information for folder) then on the bottom of the window there is the sharing & permissions section. if you want to be able to move, copy, delete and read from that folder you will need to set it here.
If the little lock in the bottom right corner is locked you must click on it to unlock it, then enter in the admin password. once you set the privileges for each person or persons, you should click on the sprocket with down arrow. And specify if this setup is for only that folder tier or apply the same setting to all inclosed files and folders inside that folder.
if you do not do that last step then you will have that same issue again.
