Question about Insignia NS-DA1G MP3 Player
Take off the back plate and remove the battery.
Look above the watch-style battery at the volume controls from the inside of the player.
Straighten out a paper clip and press out the buttons from within the battery compartment.
If this doesn't work, the micro-switch is stuck and you'll need to carefully pop it back out. You can see the switch (the very small black plastic tab above the metal housing) and will need to carefully push it back out.
