Boost mobile sims are iDen network only.

Unless the phone is set up through boost or nextel there is no way for it to work.

Hi this abdul I have this massage in my phone permanently locked how I can unlock

Hi,
If you are trying to use a SIM card in your phone and getting a message like "Enter Subsidy Code", "Incorrect SIM Card", "SIM not provisioned" or similar messages, then you need an unlock code for your mobile phone. You can get LG VU CU920 Unlock Code from the network provider, they will verify the account holder information. They can open up all networks for you where you want to use your phone. You can check this LG Unlock Code site, they will provide you an accurate code fast for the lowest price with easy to follow instructions on how to unlock your phone. Once your phone is unlock, it will work with any networks worldwide without sticking to one network.

Hope it helps.

Thanks.

It may be due to network lock,
you can check it with other sim card ,if it remains the same problem ,it may be locked to particular network wont accept any sim card other than the particular network ,you can unlock it and used to other network, try here http://www.theunlockarena.com/lg-vu-cu920/rs13wp9/

Will a boost mobile sim card from prepaid phone work in my unlocked lg vu

Yes it should if the LG mobile phone is unlocked. If not, when you insert the Boost SIM card in the LG it will ask for a Secutity Code.
If the SIM card won't work in the LG, please get back to me.

Will my phone work

Above is incorrect. Boost uses two different networks each is different technology. The one using SIM cards is the IDEN network (Nextel). The other is Sprint (who owns Boost) and that does not take a SIM, it's a CDMA network. All Sprint phones can work on this network, but you must get Boost to activate the phone. They won't do this unless you are already a customer and tell them you are replacing a broken phone, then give the Sprint phone ESN# (under battery) for them to log in your account. If you have a Sprint LG Rumor it will then work without unlocking or flashing, no changes necessary.
