Press ctrl alt del butons together. Go to Task Manager and check if any Process is running at 100% or close to that CPU speed. This usually happens if a program or service has failed and the CPU is trying to complete the job. The CPU heating problem should be cured once you have found the program using your full CPU power. Try to uninstall that program completely. If you need it then try reinstalling again after a reboot. Read more at www.fixpcfreeze.com

I have a sony Vaio VGN_FZ4000, after upgrading to Windows7, it says there is no camara instaled, I went to sony help but all they have are software for the camara no drivers. the camera my laptop have is...

Those 2 software packages offered by Sony on their web site, (a) ArcSoft Magic-i Visual Effects, and
(b) WebCam Companion Software, may just include the driver necessary to get their packages to
work with Win7 - pick one an install it - if the camera works, you got the driver. If the camera still
refuses to work, then all you have to do is de-install the package, install the other one and
give that a try.

My Sony Vaio FZ4000 does not turn on after a bad bios update

Hi,

Unfortunately, if a VAIO is not turning up after a failed BIOS update, the only option is to flash the original BIOS. This is only done at Sony service center.

You need to contact a Sony service center near your area. it get the BIOS flashed.

Thanks!!!!

I have a sony vaio vgn nr430e laptop the display goes off as soon as the cpu fan starts rotating

That could be a problem with the heatsink/fan assembly on the processor. It sounds like the processor is starting up, getting warm as they do, the fan starts up but does not cool efficiently enough and forces a shut down due to heat.
Clean out the fan assembly and replace the old heatsink compound on the processor heat sink.
Hope that helps.

I have sony vaio vgn-fz31sr.It get heated very soon when I open it.when I see CPU's usage,it is normal.why?

This could be a sign that your laptop is overheating. If you touch the laptop while it is running & you find it too hot, make sure that the fan is running properly & that the air ways are not blocked.
You can blow compressed air into the cooling vents of the fan. If you notice clouds of dust coming out, then it might be a good idea to disassemble the laptop, clean the fan & air ways, & reassemble it back. If the fan has failed & is no longer running, it might need to be replaced.

Where would i get a new fan for my sony pcg-3cbp? as it has started making a noise?

Try cleaning it first, laptop fans **** in dust like a vacuum and it soon blocks the airflow so the fan has to work harder to keep tempertures down
