Its because of your os
most of all this software is working good in win xp so kindly try to install that software in windows xp because still windows vista is having some issues with some less popular softwares

Runtime error and install stub Dell Ispiron 560

Runtime errors Some applications may be causing a conflict. Many times runtime errors are a result of incompatibility between two or more programs. Press the "Ctrl," "Alt" and "Delete" keys simultaneously to open Windows Task Manager. From the "Applications" tab, close each open application until the runtime error is resolved. Check for patches, bug fixes or upgrades by visiting the manufacturer's website. Search for your product and determine whether there are downloads to fix the problem your PC is experiencing. When none of the above fixes help, reinstall the troubling program. In severe cases, you may need to reinstall your operating system. Make sure that you back up the other programs and files you want to preserve, which may be erased during the re-installation.

Will not let me install photo explosion deluxe error R6034 trying to load C runtime incorrectly

If you are running Vista, this is apparently a software issue that the maker was aware of. (See post at http://www.vistax64.com/general-discussion/125198-error-r6034-msiexec-exe.html.)

However, a little more digging and we have the exact solution for you. They have put out an update. Link to http://www.novadevelopment.com/Support/Updates.aspx and you should be all set. Thanks for rating FixYa!

Photo explosion deluxe will not install

Hello Again...

Install the InstallShield InstallScript engine. To do this, you will need to click on the following link to download the IsScript.zip file:
http://support.installshield.com/kb/files/Q107094/IsScript.zip
When prompted to Run or Save the file, select the Save option and select a location to save it, such as your desktop. After the file has completed the download, double-click on the file to open it. Extract the IsScript.msi file to a location, such as your desktop. Once that is extracted, double-click on that file to run the IsScript installation. After this installation has been performed, reboot your computer and try to install the software again.
