Question about LG Prada KE850 Cellular Phone

1 Answer

The date keeps going back!

After having my phone in 6 months the date started going a day back. Sometimes it did it twice a day and sometimes it was ten times, even in the night when I was not using it. It irritates me quite a lot because it means that the alarm does not ring in the morning and that the date on my messages and phone calls are not right.
I sent it back to the shop so they could repair it. The first time they got it they updated it and reinstalled everything. That did not help and they got it back a few weeks later. This time they just looked at it and said that they had not established the error and therefor haven't done anything! (but to make scratches in it!)
Can any of you help me?

There was another series of messages about this one...it happened to my prada as well. Go into the Settings > Date and Time > Auto Update....

Set Auto Update to ON

Power down the phone....(Cancel phone call button for 3-4 seconds)

Boot it back up (make phone call button for 3-4 seconds)

Problem should be resolved! Just did this to mine about 5 minutes ago, so not sure if it works, but others have said it does.

*Shakes fist at Prada* :P

ps...gorgeous phone tho...hehe...and very popular with the ladies ;P

Hi everyone! Transmission question. I have a 2009 CRV with automatic tranny and I happen to have to do a ton of parallel parking. Sometimes I gotta shifte between park drive and reverse about 30 times or...

Well the simple answer is no, your not hurting it. I would however be doing a tranny service every 6 months or so, to make sure the fluid is always fresh... The tranny will settle in and will take its time sometimes, but as long as it isnt slipping its all fine... If a shiftkit is available for your tranny it might be a thought... Just keep the fluid level always topped up and so your services about twice as often as needed...

Calculate Quarters between any two dates

not sure if this is what you are after entirely but should at least help you out some what

=DATEDIF(A3,C3,"m")/3

As you said you cant just divide by 3 but I have divided the formula by 3 to see how many 3 months will go into the output you could maybe have another formula to divide it by 2 to see if it will divide by 2 to see if you get a whole number or not, if you do then you can just return the first part before the dot ( using split function ) and if the value is less then 1 then obviously the 3 months has not passed between the 2 dates
