Question about Comdial Impact 8124S Corded Phone
Our Comdial Impact system is working fine. We have recently removed three of the five telephone numbers at our firm. The Impact was originally set up to select line number 4 when someone picked up the phone to initiate a phone call. Now that line is dead, and when we pick up, there is no dial tone. We wish to change the system to pick up on line 2 (or line 1 if line 2 is busy) when a user picks up the handset. How do we do that? Thanks for your help!
That is not a user option it must be programed by a tech. it is a feature called idel line prefrence the other way iy can be accomplished is by using a hunt group but you will still need it to programed by a tech, you can contact me by email @ firstname.lastname@example.org
