Question about Dewalt 18 Volt Xrp Heavy Duty Hammer Drill Kit
When drilling or in hammer drill mode under load the unit kicks out and will not maintain the force, it slips . The question is it possible to repair yourself, send it off to repair or replace?
Everything else still working and I like the equipment otherwise.

not being able to move the "Mode Control Collar" and unless you can

you can go to
to locate nearest service center.
