Buffering time always depends on the bandwidth of your internet connection. If you have a good bandwidth, Check in the task manager - Process threads utilizing the Internet band width and also with the help of Network map which shows the bite transfer rate. Check if there are utilities or any malware, spyware or virus that is killing the data flow. Also buffering can take ample time if the video file size is big. Good Luck.
