By chance did you connect both the incoming and outgoing white (neutral) wires together without also connecting them to the "A" terminal? If so, untwist them and connect both of them under the "A" terminal. The timing motor will not work if the "A" terminal is not connected to a neutral.
With the circuit energized from the breaker, you should be able to read 120 volts from the "A" terminal to the #1 terminal.
Also, check to make sure the yellow dial is pushed in and set to the correct time.
Otherwise the timer is defective and a return to the store is in order.

The wiring for the T101 is as follows:
Connect _both_ the incoming and outgoing neutrals (white) wires to the "A" terminal. The incoming [(LINE) (hot) (from the breaker or source)] black wire is connected to the #1 terminal and the outgoing (LOAD) black wire is connected to the #2 terminal.
Both of the bare or green wires are twisted together along with a 6 inch or so pigtail using a red or yellow wire nut. The pigtail is then connected to the green "GR" screw on the enclosure

99% chance the Timer wires are reversed ... and line from breaker and line to pump are reversed. Or remotely possibly the circuit is 240V, and somebody changed clock motor on old T101 from WG1570 to WG1573, converting old T101 into T102...

My Intermatic T101 has power going to it and the clock works normally. But when the clock trips the switching lever to ON or I manually turn it to on, it does not put out power. Is there any sort of fuse...

There is no fuse inside the T101.
If timer clock motor is working correctly, then 120Volt circuit is fine up to the timer.
Unknown if this is new installation , or old installation that stopped working.
Wiring might be bad, such that line and load wires are reversed.
Or light bulb might be bad.

1) If this is new timer installation, it sounds like black wires on terminals 1 and 2 are reversed.
Other cause could be the ON-OFF trippers not positioned on timer dial

2) If this is old timer that worked before, then tripper pins could be worn down.

How do I reset the time needle on my intermatic modle t101 The screw was loose and the needle move so

T101 Intermatic is 120Volt electro-mechanical timer

Silver pointer is located at 6:00 position.
Tighten the center screw with star screwdriver
Lift and rotate yellow dial until current time lines up with silver pointer.

How electro-mechanical timers work:
Place ON-OFF trippers on dial.
Trippers rotate around with passing time.
Trippers encounter on-off lever.
OFF tripper clicks lever one direction.
ON tripper clicks lever other direction.
Manual override lever clicks back and forth each time on-off lever is clicked.
