My 2000 crown Victoria keeps popping my dashbord light fuse!!!

If the fuse keeps blowing, you have a short circuit to a ground somewhere. The fuse protects the wiring from burning up. They, tool companies, make a short tester that takes the place of the fuse and buzzes when the short is present and stops buzzing when you move or locate the wire that is "shorted". Repair the wire that is touching a ground an the harness somewhere and then replace the fuse. Good luck, could be obvious like a coin stuck in the cigarette lighter or just some wiring someone has done recently.

Why does my clock and radio have to be reset when i turn the ignition off and then back on? my radio goes to safe mode and the clock reads 12.00

Hi. Please recheck the fuses. There should be ( I think a 5 amp) fuse that supplies the dash cluster and radio power to keep the clock and preset channels active when the ignition is off.

I have a 2007 dodge caliber it will turn over but wont start i pulled the fuel ine off at the engine and turned it to start position and it did not spert out does this mean im not getting power to my fuel...

I would start by checking for blown fuses first then move on to removing, checking and possibly replacing the fuel filter, if still no fuel delivery then I would say that the fuel pump is likely bad or not getting a good connection somewhere along the wiring harness. Connectors are always a good place to start. You may also check for bad spots in the wiring like ripped, torn, or cut places. Fuses, wiring repairs, and fuel filters are all a lot cheaper than a new fuel pump in most cases.

Fuses are incorrectly installed. I need the order of sequence.

You probably put lower amp fuses in places needing higher current ones - no big deal. The fuse box cover should have the size and location of fuses. If not get a Chilton repair book or look online - it's free this way. If you don't have a meter to check your fuses just buy new ones and replace them. Make sure car is off before replacing. Disconnect the positive battery lead for about 30 seconds and reconnect to reset check engine light. Then go somewhere where you can floor it a few times and go through the gears. This will establish a new acceleration curve.

GPX DVD player w/surround sound

Have you opened it first and looked for a blown fuse. I suggest you unplug the unit and first look for a blown fuse. If this does not help, go to the retailer or the store where you purchaced the unit and see who they send them to for repair. Good Luck
