As I have only just seen your question, maybe you have fixed the problem? If not, this GMax sprayer has an electric clutch to control when it is pumping or not, so there could be 2 sources of the problem: The first is that when the clutch is closed, some part is touching something inside the housing. The other possibility is that one of the bearings has gone dry or a gear has a damaged tooth.

If its not fixed, the drive assembly needs to be opened up and the parts cheked

depending on the motor if you can get a diaphram kit or buy a new pump there gonna cost about the same

Check with the guys that fit tyres..They normally have a variety of these O-Rings.. Not sure what they use it for but it worked for m

take out batteries, lean contacts and re-insert. must use all 4 same brand batteries too. shake pistol and keep trying.

water is getting to it but not passing through, i have never seen one of these but deal with sprayers all day long sooooo open it up there is a valve somewhere that is stuck clean all components and lubricate with petroleum jelly put back together if it doesnt work u need a new one

sometimes after a lull in use, you need to remove and reinsert the same batteries, or cchek to be sure not rusted or ccontqat is good by wetting nodes. Must use all same brand batteries.

Take it back where you bought it and get a new one why try to figure out something like this if it is brand new, be serious you must be an engineer or a med student? HA HA good luck PAL
