Electronics problem with Maytag Dishwasher

Hi there,
I've posted a couple of times. I have a 7 year old Maytag Jetclean Dishwasher (MDB9150 AWQ). Recently, it was not emptying properly. I cleaned out the hose under the sink, pressed "drain/off" and it emptied properly into a bucket. I then re-hooked the hose, and tried to run a light cycle ( to freshen it up). All it does when I press a cycle button is blink "clean" and "heated dry" simultaneously. The only button that stops the blinking is the "drain/off" button. I tried switching off the circuit breaker to hopefully reset it, but that didn't work either. Can you help?

The outlet pump may have become clogged, try removing and cleaning it.

Have a maytag dishwasher MDB6600 AWQ -latch/handle broke - bought replacement but not sure how to install - can you help

Just did this myself .Need the right star screw driver to remove 11 screws holding the door inner liner
then you can access the handle latch assembly. You pull off the 2 wire connectors to the switchs that are part of the assembly. Slip connectors onto new assembly.Position the handle part thru the door and re attach inner liner. 2 of the inner liner top screws also hold the assembly in place.Unfortunely , this didn't solve my problem of the dishwasher not turning on.

I have the same dishwasher with the same problem, try pushing the delay/resume button, then the drain/off button. When the lights go off start your wash cycle.

Quiet Series 200: The water is not draining out.

6 to 7 years is about right without put out major repair costs. Unfortunately salesmanship is the biggest racket going. I'd scrap it or sell it for parts. Sorry

Hear the motor running, no water in dishwasher

I thought I would fix this myself - but hubby took a look, wiggled a few wires and said 'there's your problem'. The water valve would not open because a connecting wire was loose. It was the kitten after all - I'd better pop that panel back on.

Knob wont turn - have to turn it manually!!!

Emsie, the model number posted has a electronic control so Im not sure where we are going with this. A couple of things to check. Some models have what they call a foam guard routine. This can cause the machine to stop several times during wash because of oversudsing. (too much soap). You want to make sure the water temp going is is at least 120 to 150 degrees. The heater will only raise the water temp 1 degree every 4 or 5 minutes. This can cause long cycles. You might have a bad timer. If you remove the toe panel there should be a tech sheet attached to it. This will give you good information on your dishwasher opertaion...Catriver..post back.
