My phone seems to have been ran over. The back of it is all dented in and has little gashes and punctures in it. However that is not the problem im concerened about. On the outside screen everything works just fine. It has my picture and time just like it normally did. But the inside screen is completely white and wont turn on. I can still make calls, go to anything on my menu, anything that I know from memory of what I could do before. The problem is that I cant see anything im doing. Since the screen is completely white, I have to guess from memory for what im doing. If you know the awnser to my problem please help me!

Am I correct in reading that the phone powers on normally and responds to physical buttons, but the touch-screen doesn't respond?
Sounds like a loose cable...but getting to it (without voiding your warranty) would be difficult to impossible. You MAY be able to cheat a little and squeeze the screen and the back of the phone between your thumb and index finger (thumb on screen, index on back) firmly, but not hard, all over the screen and hope that you tighten the ribbon connecting the screen to the system board. It isn't guaranteed...but is worth a shot. Do that, then restart the phone to see if the connection was reestablished.
Good luck. Otherwise, answergod was right about seeking a replacement.
This sounds like you have a broken lcd screen. If you feel comfortable with replacing the screen you can purchase a new screen off ebay. If you are not comfortable I would recommend cellulardr.com they sound pretty reasonable as far as price goes.
i tried some electrical contact cleaner (brake cleaner WAL-MART .89 cents) on the hinges. Open ti back and forth several times. NOTE: do not spray alot, just a little at a time. Then it got squeaky and started working. Then I sprayed a little WD-40 on the hinges and it works fine.
