Actually dry and moisture setting cannot cool your room because in that sitting the temperature is limited, you have to set the control in cool or auto.. If the unit is blinking try to reset the unit by disconnecting the power supply for 10 sec.("on" & "off" the circuit breaker), and test the unit.
But if wont work the unit have some defect it may be the thermistor, low freon, or the outdoor unit have some problem. Check if the outdoor and indoor unit is clean or you to call a qualified technician for this problem.

Mine has a model number of PCA061D.
If you remove the water capture reservoir, there is a sticker that has the model number.
