My son has a PS3 which has already been exchanged by Sony for the same problem. We received the replacement yesterday and it appeared to work fine. However. today the TV screen is green and no other colour. There is nothing wrong with the TV or cables (already been replaced). Sony say the problem is this end. Is there a suggestion for any other check we can make. Hope you can help.

Dear Friend the best possible solution is to contact the Sony support team and tell them what your problem is, But consider this first, if you bought the unit on the last 11 months you could send it for Manufacturer's Warranty repair you only need the original sales receipt and contact the 1-800-345-7669, now make sure you keep a record of who you talk to and when you send the unit use a traceable method UPS or FedEx might be your best choice. Keep in mind that having it repaired somewhere else might be as much as half the price of the unit, and when you send back to the manufacturer you might even get a brand new Play Station 3, the only draw back about this procedure is that it will take as much as three months to get it back but you will save a lot of money. Also check your sales receipt and see how long you have on the store return policy...long shot!!
