Question about Kenmore 62622 Microwave Oven
I get an error code that displays F9 what is this mean thanks
F9 is an error that indicates an inverter board or magnetron
has failed. With the F9 error cleared, start the oven and
listen for a ticking sound. The inverter will attempt to
'fire' the magnetron 5 times.(ticking sound). If can hear
ticking, replace magnetron. Check owners manual. Part may be covered by limited warranty.

In most of my service literature, the F9 indicates a door latch or
lock problem. My information is not specific to this appliance but
