Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000

Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

If your phone is requesting a PUK code, it is the sim card that is locked and requires the PUK code to unlock it. If you insert another sim in the phone, it will work perfectly fine.

The PUK code means personal unblocking key. It is mostly found on the sim pack, on the sim pack you will see a couple of numbers on the card, there you will see a 8 digit code, that is the puk code.

You can also contact the help center of the sim card you are using for the puk code, they will give it to you.

Take note: puk code request is not for the phone but the sim inserted into the phone.

I see that you need the PUK code for the Nokia 5800.

In order to obtain the same, please contact your cellular service provider (Sprint, AT&T, Vodafone etc.) and ask them for the PUK code.

The service providers have the codes and will offer it to you free of any charges.

Once you enter the PUK code, the phone will begin to function normally.

Call your sim service provider's customer care center, they will give you the PUK code instantly.

A request for a PUK code ("Personal Unlocking Key") will appear on your phone if your SIM card PIN code is entered 3 consecutive times incorrectly.

Your SIM card will then become "PUKed" or Blocked. This is a security measure to protect your service.

You need to call the Customer Service department of your cell phone provider and they will give you the PUK code which will unblock your SIM card.

the PUK number comes with the sim card you are using. all you need to do is to check the pack of the sim and go through all the information there and you would find the PUK code. it is normally determined by the network and not the phone make or model

Inorder tosolve your PUK problem, *kindly contact your service provider (customer care) *Tell your phone number and they will give your PUK code *Enter that code on your cell phone(Wall that ask puk code) *Then your phone ask another pin code&to verify,there you can type your desired code(say 0000,00000,1234,12345). * Then your phone will restart normally.... If its asking you for a puk code it means you locked your Sim card out of your phone, you need a new sim card OR you can call your service provider and see if they can give you the puk code.

Unless you changed it yourself it will be 12345, if not you need to call your provider and get a PUK code
