Not connecting to computer

Try to check first of your USB cable is working or not. Have you tried to connect it to another computer? It is possible also that your operating system is not compatible to your Phone. For example, if your using windows 98 operating system it will not read your phone because of the incompatibility. If you are using windows XP, windows vista, windows 7 operating system then once you connect your phone in your computer it will automatically read and installed the driver of your phone.

Transfer pictures from computer to lg vu phone??

The easiest way is to put the phone's memory card in the PC's card reade and place pics in the image folder on the card. BUT, beware that the phone can read only upto a certain resolution. If your pics on the computer are of greater resolution than that then the phone will not be able to read them.

Make certain your memory card is formatted as FAT 16 as many phones can only read this format. It may also require modifying some of the hidden settings in the phone software.

What size is the SD card in GBs? If it is larger than 2GB (4 or 8) do you have a SDHC card reader?
Also try formating the card first in the phone and then using it. Using it straight out of the package, while able to be written, my have difficultly with other devices reading the data.
