By mistake i dropped my nokia c3 in water and the keypad doesnt work now

Usually when the mobile falls into the water you need to remove everything and immediately take it to a service center so that they will wipe it with some petrol. Now it doesnt work since you dropped it in water only. Check it again with a Nokia service provider.

My nokia 6300 keypads do not respond

Hello

1. Any time your phones gets wet or by accident the phone falls off in a pool of water the best remedy is to take the batteries off immediately, don't turn the power key on, and wait for 24 hours for the phone to dry out completely.

2.If that does not work then you might need to Change the keypad,go to the nokia service center and you would get it replaced.

THANK YOU

Nokia 5310 keypad 7,8,9 and sound key is not work

Hi,

This type of problem occurs due to many reasons
1)Water poured into the mobile phone.
2)Droping your phone.

1)Open the phone and see weather you have any water marks dried in the phone.
2)Check the keypad rubber(for change in colour of the key-rubber pad)
Then you should replace the board

If there is no water mark then, the fault is with Keypad crystal IC 100%,You have to replace or rehot it accordingly if it is damaged or loosened.

Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

thank you for using fixya have a nice day:-)

My phone screen went blank after dropping in the toilet

You should have left it dry instead of turning it on, you probably have corrosion now, find a local place that works on phones to see if they'd work on it.

If you want to try to completely dry it, put it in rice for 24 hours minimum to draw out all moisture.

Mobile caught in rain storm!

It seems that there are some water traces inside. Use your hair dryer without heat on it for a few minutes and try again. repeat the process a few times. Keep spending ten pounds as the last resort. And in future remember the hair dryer whenever you bathe your mobile. Also remove the battery soonest possible.

My keypad does not work on my razor

My phone (in a cotton phone bag) was very slightly damped by a spilled drink about 4 months ago. The keyboard immediately stopped working (only power button works). My friend told me to blow dry it, so I tried and it worked.
Just today, my keyboard stopped working again even though there was no further water damage (at least not to my knowledge), I used the blower dryer trick again. and it worked again. So ... you can give it a try.
