Thank you. I have been using this keyless entry for several years. I have a standard 4 digit code that my kids use to get in and out of the house. If I have a contractor coming or someone else then I change the code to a different 4 digit code at that time. THis time however it didn't work. I did something wrong and now the keyless pad wont accept either one of my codes. So I how do I start over or change the code. I tried the old 4 digit and start and a new 4 digit but it doesn't work.I have a Lift Master Garage opener, but it does't look like either one of the pictures from the manual. Figures. Help

Has your KLIK2U worked for your garage door opener before, or are you configuring it for the first time?

If it is being installed for4 the first time, are you certain you garage door opener was manufactured after 1993 & uses a photo-eye sensor? If not, the KLIK2U may not be compatible.

You may find the Chamberlain KLIK2U Digital Manual and the Chamberlain KLIK2U Programming Video helpful.

For more assistance from us, please provide more information about your garage door opener, and we may be able to help you through the programming instructions from the manual.

I hope that helps.

Klik2u model won't learn from the handheld opener and when I press the learn button my other remotes are inactivated and vice-versa. How can I program the klik2u w/o losingcodes on handheld r

Try erasing all of the codes in your opener. Then try reprograming your remotes and etc. Openers will only accept so many codes. After they reach their max they will accept a code then boot another one out.

How do I check a wireless garage door keypad, to see if it is transmitting?

These remotes don't loose the programming code when a battery goes dead, most likely the remote or the board on the opener went bad, do any other remotes work? You can take the remote to an auto parts store and test it there. (They have a tester for key fobs)
