If your OS is XP SP2, then just plug in the USB dongle after Windows is booted and the New found hardware Wizard should configure it for you. Make sure the mouse has a good battery and is turned on.

If you have used an installation CD, then you may have to uninstall any instances of such software first.

Let us know, and Good luck.

My wireless mouse doesn't work

There might be a connect button on the mouse and the USB dongle that might work. Push one with the tip of a pencil, then the other. If that doesn't work, try it the other way (pushing connect on the mouse first).

Not functioning

Assuming thqat you installed the CD sodtwaree program, try the following:
Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it to Reset/Connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly.
If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch.
Hope this helps you. Bud
