It sounds like your power adapter has stopped working and needs to be replaced. If you try another adapter and the unit still does not turn on then the power on off switch could have gone bad or there is another problem with the unit and it will need to be sent in to a repair place to be fixed.

Wii won't turn on.

Reset the AC adapter by following steps below.

1. Unplug the Wii AC adapter at both ends (from the back of the
Wii system and from the wall outlet or power strip).

2. After you've waited a full 2 minutes, plug the AC adapter back in on both ends and check to see if the power light comes on.

My wii remote wont I guess connect it just keep flashing the lights at the bottom anytime I hit anything on the wii remote or try to sync it

Hold both Sync buttons for a period of 5 seconds, then let go. If this does not work, replug everything on your wii and try again. Make sure your Wii is on when syncing.

Remotes wont work light up but wont stay on ,hit

The red button, is a sync button and not a reset button. You can try resyncing your wii remotes to your wii follow these steps:

  1. Press the Power button on the Wii console to turn it on.

  2. Open the SD Card Slot cover on the front of the Wii console. Remove the battery cover on the back of the Wii Remote you wish to sync up.

  3. Press and release the SYNC button on the inside of the SD Card compartment on the console. Press and release the SYNC button just below the batteries on the Wii Remote.

  4. When the Player LED blinking stops, the syncing is complete. The LED that is illuminated indicates the player number (1 through 4).
You must have batteries in when pressing the red sync button on the wii remote, if your using the wii remote charger system, you must remove it and use batteries until this step is done

Hope this helps. Owen

The controller is not powering up with new batteries

If your controller does not power up then it is because it has not been synced to the console.

I do not know what system you have so I can not tell you how to do this.

For instance, If you have a Wii, you need to turn on the wii, open the battery cover on the controller. Press the little red button. Then open the little door on the wii where you put the memory card and hit that red button. that should connect the controller to the Wii.

For Xbox 360:
1) Turn on 360 (ring of light) and controller (Start or Guide button).
2) Press the Connect button on the 360.
3) Press the Connect button that's at the top of the controller, next to the slot for a charging cord.
4) Everything spins and flashes, and syncs up.

If you have PS3 then:

Plug your controller into the console with the usb cable, then hit the PS button. that will sync it to the PS3 then you can unplug it.

Hope this helps! Thanks for using Fixya!!
