Red is usually ignition switched power from the fuse box and the yellow is continuous power to the deck. blue with the stripe is usually a voltage output from the deck to control the on/off of an external amplifier. If you hook the deck up and the memory stations do not save after vehicle on/off cycle of the ignition swap the yellow and the red wire and they should work. One is power all the time to allow the deck to store memory and the other is the main power to the unit.

I have a 1990 Ford murcuery and i just got a 2010 Pioneer super tuner 3 D 2200UB but i cant seem to get any power to the DEH and i was wondersing if you could help me solve this problem?

Did you use a factory wire harness in conjunction with the after market wires included with the Pioneer? You might have a bad ground. The basics behind the factory should look like this: Constant 12V+ Green/Yellow Switched 12V+ Yellow/Black Ground Red/Black Illumination n/a Dimmer Blue/Red Antenna Right Front Front Speakers 6 1/2" Doors Left Front (+) Orange/Green Left Front (-) Black/White Right Front (+) White/Green Right Front (-) Black/White Rear Speakers 6" x 9" Rear Deck Left Rear (+) Pink/Green Left Rear (-) Pink/Blue Right Rear (+) Pink/Blue Right Rear (-) Green/Orange
The best thing to do is to use an after market harness if you didn't before. Just in case you aren't sure, the Pioneer wires are color coded to the after market wires. You wire the two harnesses together, and then plug that into the factory wires. This would help on the chance that you decided later on to sell the car, but want to keep the Pioneer until. I hope this helps, and let me know what you come up with.

Red,yellow and blue with stripe hooks to what into harness

some decks have a solid blue for power antenna and blue with white stripe for amp turn on. if you have neither a power antenna or amplifier, i would not worry about connecting those two wires. do makes sure they are capped off and have no bare wires showing, as they are hot when the stereo is turned on.
