Question about Garden
I have a 50'' Huskee Supreme Yard Tractor that will not even turn over. I was towing a small weed sprayer yesterday (i.e. with a small motor pump hooked to the mower's battery), and after I stopped and shut the mower off to clean out the sprayer, the mower would not even turn over. Nothing, completely dead; no lights; no hour meter. I thought maybe the sprayer drained the battery, so I trickle charged it overnight; but tonight it still was completely dead. I double-checked all the safety switches (i.e. the seat, brake, and transmission selector; they all seemed to engaging properly). It's almost like I blew a fuse or something shorted out; I don't know. I pulled the deck off to examine some of the wiring and found one of the wiring bundles running from the engine compartment area back to under the seat had come loose from along the frame and had been worn down to expose one of the wires; it was a green wire (assume it's a ground?). Any ideas?
Sounds like the battery gave out.
If the battery test good then you most likely have an inline fuse that is blown out.
