Hello
Find the btus, 6000 btu is 1 ton. So 12000 is 2 tons.

Most home central units are 3 to 4 tons.

Bad condenser unit GOODMAN

it is a 3 ton condensor you still can buy r22 freon condensors new but they have nitrogen charge and its expensive to charge I recommend to go with 3 ton goodman condensor which is new 410a puron and also change indoor coil and flush the line set so you dont endure the high cost of new copper lines these new systems come with 10 years warranty and the r22 systems come with only five years

I am trying to figure out what tonnage this condenser is

The model number on the condensor tells you. Its always divisable by 6. So the number will be towards the end of your model number and be 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, 48, 60, or 72. Split system condensors stop at 5 tons or 72. If this doesn't help repost with the model number and I can easily tell you.

I JUST NEED TO KNOW WHAT MY TONNAGE IS.

Look for your model number on your condensor, outdoor unit. Your tonnage will be towards the end of it and divisable by 6. I.E. 36=3tons or 42=3.5tons. Ac units are messured by the half ton. If you have a split system I.E. heater inside and ac outside your system will be 1 - 5 tons. If this doesn't help post your model and serial number. I can then give you tonnage, age, so forth.
