Question about Canon PIXMA MP780 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My printer/scanner/fax/copier has a message "wrong cartridge". When I take the cartridge out and replace, still get the same message.
Took out print head and cleaned with a cleaning solution. Geet the same message.
Do not want to replace all cartridges to get the same message. Any suggestions??
This may seem to be a stupid question but, is it the right cartridge?
Is it a genuine Canon cartridge or an aftermarket replacement that "suits" your printer? If the latter, try getting a genuine Canon cartridge and install that and see if you get the same error message.
If you still get the same message, take it to a repairer and get them to check it out for you.
