I have the exact same problem with the Intermatic ML88T. No obstructions are present. The timer simply stops when the dial reaches the red or black pin and won"t go any further. As a result, the transformer is unable to turn lights on or off. However, if you turn the dial manually to the point where you cross the tripper with the red or black pin, the lights will be turned on or off.

Intermatic Malibu 300W Power Pack Transformer ML300RTW Problem :The timer stops at both the on and the off trip position and does not move any further. I have manually turned and reset the timer to the correct time but when it is time to trip the on switch, the wheel stops and never moves again. I have power and it doesn't trip a breaker, power is still present but the timer wheel does not move. I have lubricated the moving parts and they turn freely but continues to stop and not trip the circuit either on or off.

If the timer is stopping, it could be a physical obstruction. Or it could be an electrical mis wiring so that the timer is turning itself off at that point, check the incoming wiring and see if it makes sense, and follow the diagram to see if the incoming power is definitely not on any switched terminals, they would maybe be marked with NO , NC,

The deforst timer didn't work and got ice

Does the timer move? If you can, try rotating the timer to the defrost postion when the frigorator turns off and see if the defrost emement starts to heat up. If it doesn't then you could have a bad thermostate. easy to replace.

Re-set quartz chronograph sweeping second hand

Easy Soultion worked for me. Believe Me I was worried only had the Seiko Sportura for a week now. My second dial for the stopwatch was re-setting to 5 seconds instead of zero. The Solution is
1. pull the Crown all the way out ( In the position you take the crown to set the time , second click ).
2. To set the minute face of stop watch , keep pressing the top button untill it is zero. To set the second needle to zero keep pressing the bottom button untill it reaches zero or where you like it to re-set each time. Depend on you.
3. Once all neddles of stopwatch are at resting postions ( usually zero) secure the crown back to its normal postion. Test your stop watch , hopefully it will go back to zero when you press the reset button. C

You need to trace the power feeding the high voltage transfomer. Because the table doesn't turn, it implies that a door switch or safety interlock is the problem.
