Most often when a TV will not turn on it is the SMPSU that's the problem, either the protection circuitry has been invoked or there is a fault within the actual power supply.

remove
the write protect lock, take the memory card out
of the camera, face the card towards you,
look for a small tab on
the left hand side of the card, to unlock it push the tab up to unlock
it, it will
be at the side of the card like this .
Check all of your speakers and speaker wires for shorts and grounds. If all check out fine, try reseting the radio.
