Question about Acer 22" X223w LCD Monitor
Just changed work monitor to Acer 22" LCD X223w from old CRT. When using drafting software, e.g. AutoCAD & MicroSurvey, some linework and text appears skewed when not drawn exactly along east/west axis or north/south axis. For instance a rectangle appears more like a parallelogram when oriented at a 45 degree angle w.r.t horizontal axis, yet all corners are indeed square or 90 degrees. Likewise straight text appears somewhat like italicized text when angled away from horizontal axis. How to correct display and eliminate skewing of text and linework. Coworker suggests it may indicate a graphic card update is required. thank you.
P.S. images and HTTP docs display correct.
