Question about Televison & Video
You need to open the unit after unplugging it.
I suspect the NTSA means no disc in unit. I then suspect you will find it jammed or not in position.
If you find this gently with something not sharp move it and see if the unit now works.
Let me know what you find after you get the cover off and examine it.
If the disc did not go all the way in and into the correct position the unit will think no disc is inside and not function.
