Question about Sony Playstation 3 (PS3) Console
A few things to check. 1) does the TV tune to the appropriate HDMI port? If not then it isn't detecting a signal from the PS3. In that case you may not have HDMI output turned on. If you can reconnect the A/V cables then go to the system menu to display and set the output correctly. Start with 720p and work your way up to make sure you don't set it to a resolution that your TV can't handle. If you don' have the A/V cables then boot into safe mode and reset to default. This will reset the PS3 to out of the box settings (no data lost).
