Two things you didn't tell us is how much space you have left on your hard-drive and which operating system are you using.
This machine is getting on in years. If you are running anything above 10.3.6 then you don't have enough RAM. The minimum you should have is 1GB. Second, the HD in this machine is not a particularly big one by today's standards and it's quite possible that even if you have the biggest HD that this Mac came with, that you are getting very short on disk space.
OSX needs to have at least 10% of the HD space free to enable efficient running. If you have less than 10GB free then you need to start removing stuff (and emptying the trash! - I'm surprised how many folks don't empty the trash and then wonder why they get no space back when thery trash something).
If none of the above helps, post back and we'll see what we can come up with.

You don't say what OS you're running, but if you running Tiger or better, 512MB of memory is about the minimum you can scrape by on. Doubling your memory on this model is cheap and will improve your convenience greatly.

Apple Powerbook G4 keyboard does not work

The problem is the ribbon connectors is loose connector on the motherboard. The fix is to remove the keyboard, disconnect the ribbon connector from the socket on the motherboard and insert a very slim piece of plastic in that connector to hold the ribbon connector tighter in the connector in the motherboard, once that's done replace to keyboard. The keyboard should work.

Sims 3 wont install onto my powerbook G4

Sims 3 will not run on a mac that isn't using an Intel based processor. You will have to upgrade from a Power-PC processor in order to use the latest version of sims.

Windows 7 drivers i need for my PB.

You need tell us what the model and maker of your laptop is. PB? Thats often short hand for PowerBook, which is Apple's old line of Pro laptops. If thats your laptop, it can't run Windows 7. PowerBook have PowerPC CPU while Windows 7 is an OS which only runs on x86 CPUs, so Windows 7 isn't programs to run on PowerPC chips. Apple's new computer use X86 chips, so the now can run Windows 7, but the PB(PowerBook) is too old to do sorry. If PB is another computer, please post which one it is.

Sounds like your machine is overheating big time. You didnt say if it boots up or not, but I wouldnt keep trying until someone can look at it. You probably need a new fan, possibly hard drive, hopefully not mother board.

Need Mac G4 laptop schematic manuel

Not sure if you want an actual circuitry schematic, or a internal parts guide.

A manual for field-replacing just about every component inside your Powerbook can be found here.

I expect that circuitry schematics are much harder to come by, and are actually likely to be protected by trade secrets.
