So it began as one vertical line on my 52 inch Samsung that goes away after about 10 minutes. Now there are 3. But again, they go away after about 20 minutes. TV is a little over 2 years and not under warranty. Any ideas???

If it is a plasma TV, may be the bad connections, you can try to reconnect the cables on the Y-buffer board.
If it is a LCD TV, the panel may need to replace.

Correction: I’m sorry I thought is Horizontal Line, that may cause by the cable connections on the Y-buffer board. If Vertical Line, it may be the connector loose on the buffer E or F board, some model of Samsung panels the buffer E or F board connect to the panel directly without connector, so solve the problem need to replace the panel.

Green vertical line is coming in the middle of the

monitor is probably going bad. Try hooking up a different monitor up to the computer, one that you know works properly. If the same problem exists then its the video card, if the problem goes away then its the original monitor that is bad.

Samsung 52 Inch LCD 120hz. 3 inch wide vertical line on screen

This is a problem with the LCD panel. If the tv is out of warranty, I would call Samsung and see if they will pay for the panel and you pay for the labor. The panel is not cost effective to repair. If Samsung will not do anything you will need to buy a new tv.

Vertical, pencil-thin blue line appears after 10 minutes of viewing (any source)

I would suspect a connection breaking down as the set heats up. A shop will probably have to put the set in a stand to hold it while they check for loose connections or defective components inside. Not a DIY job by any means. If this line went completely through the picture either vertically or horizontally and stayed there then this would have indicated a failure in the Panel itself. A thin Line any where on the screen consisting of one pixel in width is a Panel Failure according to Hitachi.
