Question about Xerox DocuColor 12 Color Copier
What is sounds like to me, it you need to replace the developer.
Once it is in the machine for an extended period of time, the ink no longer transfers onto the drum properly and your copies become washed out.
It is rather amazing the differenece a fresh shot of developer will make.
