Something to try this is from a technical
Product: imageCLASS 2200 series
Title : Intermittant Check Printer, Error Code ##0323, or Printer Status Code 8:04.
Error : Current leakage can occur where the DC controller contacts pass through the metal plate in the bottom of the Paper Feed Belt Assembly (FG6-1257-000).
Workaround : The current leakage can be resolved by replacing the Insulating Sheet which is located on the bottom of the Paper Feed Belt assembly (FB4-5644-000) or by replacing the Paper Feed Belt Assembly (FG6-1257-030).
To reset, try this....Press 'user data' or 'data registration' and then the '#' key and then 'set' or 'ok'. the display should read something like 'sssw1 00000000' scroll over to the last '0' on the right and change it to '1', press 'set' and then 'reset'. The display should now show the check printer message followed by ## XXX a 3 digit number. Report back here what that number is XXX we can help you more.
