Question about Amana 22.6 cu. ft. Side-By-Side Refrigerator with FrontFill Ice and Water
I bought a house with an amana fridge and the copper waterline is broke in the back. It looks like it may have been hooked into the fridge on a piece that is hanging out. This piece is connected to a larger copper piece on the back of the fridge. How can I hook a new copper line in. If that is the line I need to hook it to how can i remove it from whatever that larger copper piece is.
Hi .. there should be piping connectors at each end of the tubing. I would disconnect those connectors andtake them to the building supply store and get new fittings and a new supply hose. The new hose does not need to be copper,. you do not need to cut the existing fittings off the wall or the fridge, the new fittings, or new hose can connect directly to the old fittings. my tool of choice is a pair of crescent wrenches
