Ok... Im assuming that the rediator was searing hot when it wqs left on it (over night). Could possibly have fired the harware components within the PSP.

I played my psp 3000 till it shut off so i put it on the charger woke up next morning and it wasn't charging no orange light or nothing and i have no back piece

This could be due to a many things:
  • Malfunctioning Battery
  • Loose Power Cable
  • Malfunctioning Power Cable
You should take both your PSP device, and the charger to a professional to diagnose. The problem could be minor, but may also be major, if it is just a loose cable, then the PSP power slot, may just need to be re-soldered, or you may have to buy a new battery/power cable.

I play my psp last wednesday night and after i leave it, i notice the battery`s life that its 10% or 40min......then in morning while i`m still sleeping, my sister secretly played my psp until the battery ...

Hello fellow gamer :)

It sounds like your PSP may be damaged or the battery is not taking a full charge. If possible, can you try using an alternate battery? If this does not work, you may want to contact Sony for technical assistance.

I have seen PSP updates brick a PSP before and it has to be reset or fixed by Sony.

If it is under warranty I recommend calling them.

My psp will not charge the battery but in my brother it does? After the battery is charged i can use my psp like normal but i hate waiting for the battery to charge before i can continue playing the game....

check your devce with his adaptor. If it is charging, get a spare adaptor. If it is not, probably the adaptor jack on your device is damaged or got unsoldered.

PSP cannot turn on

keeping Lithium ion batteries(found in ur psp) idle for such a long time without charging may discharge them compleatly and even if you try to charge them they will not function. this seems to be a problem with your battries not ur PSP. try to get it replaced from the dealer you bought the PSP from. hope this solves your problem.. :D

Try replacing the battery. Alot of times when anything thats rechargeable have not been recharged for that long then the battery cells weaken to the point it won't hold a charge. GOOD LUCK!!!

Psp freezer

hi. hope this would help.

actually i also encountered such before. There are lots of games I copied from a friend which are not playing at all. Or which my psp does not read. All I did was press SELECT while on the home menu. Then a special options will appear. It's the M33 VSH MENU (Well, at least that's how mine reads.) Anyway, move to the UMD ISO MODE and press the left and right buttons until you get to choose Sony NP9660 and try playing gods of war now on your unit. There....hope I helped.!
