Question about Samsung WEP460 Bluetooth Headset
The Samsung WEP460 headset is not A2DP (Audio/video Advanced Distribution Profile, which handles wireless stereo sound) compiant. So, your phone will not natively route stereo sound to HSP (HeadSet Profile) or HFP (HandsFree Profile), which are meant to handle phone calls.
If your phone happens to be WM, and you still want to route stereo sound to a mono BT headset, I know of a workaround, which you can find here. Sorry, but I don't know any solutions for other platforms.
