I have a pantech duo and its not reading my microSD (music, files and pictures). Can anyone help me out? Tell me step by step.

First, what size SD card do you have? The Pantech Duo does not accept anything over 2 gigs. If it is 2 gig or smaller when you go into your pictures, music, etc... click the menu and you should have a link for "storage." This will open up the info on your card. If the card is over 2 gigs, it won't read it, unfortunately.

If I dropped my phone, and messed up the screen,

The LCD is cracked and needs to be replaced. A warranty is not going to cover it because it's clearly impact damage (though you can try). The LCD is hard to find and quite expensive.

Pantech duo keboard is stuck - can't text

If there arent any screws surrounding it, there will be a line seperating the main component of the phone and he keyboard. you should use a srewdriver and seperate the two to see if anything is disconnected/stuck.

Pantech Duo

The Pantech Duo does not have an option available to do this automatically in it's factory settings. There is an add-on freeware program that will accomplish it. This was one of the first programs I downloaded to my phone months ago when I first received it and it works great to allow a call to be ended when you close the phone.

Pantech duo

It sounds like you have a bad mic on your device. one way to test this is to try using an earpiece or bluetooth headset. If either of these work you have a bad mic.
