Question about Nokia 3110 Cellular Phone
Most of all, this problem is caused by virus, but there are some causes such as, memory card problem, firmware corrupt. It's better to scan your phone with an updated antivirus from a Computer, try do open the inbox after removing the memory card, also try using different another sim card. If these don't solve the problem, you better visit a repairing shop and let them flash it for you but by doing this you may loss your messages or contacts in your phone memory. Good luck.
